I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was amazing, close to the Royal Albert Hall, V & A Museum, and Kensington Park Gardens. The small terrace overlooking the Royal Albert Hall was a lovely touch. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff, though there was a small issue with moving the baby cot as promised. The dining experience could have been improved, but overall, it was a great value for a one-night stay of this caliber.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is superb, close to Gloucester Road Station and surrounded by daily needs stores. The service was wonderful, the staff at the Reception Front Office were helpful and lovely.
