Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was amazing, close to the Royal Albert Hall, V & A Museum, and Kensington Park Gardens. The small terrace overlooking the Royal Albert Hall was a lovely touch. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff, though there was a small issue with moving the baby cot as promised. The dining experience could have been improved, but overall, it was a great value for a one-night stay of this caliber.
The hotel offers spacious rooms, much more than a typical family room, although the actual room may differ from the website pictures. It's conveniently located within walking distance to good restaurants, but some improvements are needed in certain areas.
Staying at Fraser Suites was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although lacking direct sunlight, were comfortable and equipped with a fully functional kitchen and laundry facilities. The ambient noise from creaky floorboards was a minor disturbance. The service was excellent, with helpful staff and attention to hygiene standards, but booking transportation was a slight issue. The location was excellent for exploring the city with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. Dining options were limited and not very impressive. The price was reasonable for the value provided.
The hotel's location is ideal, right next to the Natural History Museum and V & A, with convenient access to public transportation and nearby amenities. However, the rooms lack soundproofing and maintenance, with noticeable dampness and cleanliness issues. The service is welcoming and accommodating, offering a range of helpful amenities, although the dining options may not meet expectations.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is superb, close to Gloucester Road Station and surrounded by daily needs stores. The rooms are spacious and clean, although some areas could use a bit of renovation. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The dining experience was a bit lacking, but overall, it was a fantastic value for the price.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect for us, clean and tidy with great amenities like a little kitchen and washing facilities. The service was wonderful, the staff at the Reception Front Office were helpful and lovely. The location was brilliant, close to central London, parks, and all the essentials like restaurants and supermarkets. The dining experience could have been better with more variety, but overall, a fantastic experience.
